The aperture works and shows no oil or corrosion. The focus is smooth and sharp. The body shows less than normal wear. There is no sign of abuse. At some point someone installed an Enteco No. 61 adapter ring on the lens with a Skylight filter. I tried "lightly" to remove the adapter ring and could not get it off. I am sure a professional can get it off if you wish.

Yashica Lynx 1000 35mm Rangefinder camera. This camera is 50 years old and in incredible condition. The serial number is L 3084186. 

First the bad news - there is a tiny spec of paint loss on the back of the camera at the bottom near the leatherette it is approximately 3/4" from the left edge of the back.  It is less than 1mm in size. In my pictures it is visible only when you know where to look. This is the only thing I can find that makes this NEAR mint.  

The lens is clean and clear. The shutter is snappy and sounds accurate, the focus is smooth, the meter works. All mechanical functions are working as they should.

Braun Nizo S8T Super 8 Movie Camera in excellent plus condition. This camera has been tested and is working as it should. The lens is a Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon 7-56mm f1.8. The lens shows no visible scratches, haze, dust, fungus,or separation when viewed from the front. The lens is not removable so I cannot confirm it from the inside, but is seems really clean and clear. The focus and zoom are both smooth. The motor runs quite and the light meter works and is steady. 

There is a minor paint flaw on the top of the lens. It looks like tape residue, it is barely noticeable but I thought it should be mentioned. There are no dings or dents. There are a few minor scratches on the aluminum body, these are visible in my pictures.

The bellows are in beautiful condition with no wear marks, cracks or splits. There are no leaks. The glass is clear and clear. There is no sign of dust, haze, separation, fungus, or scratches. The aperture is free of both oil and corrosion.  The shutter works at all speeds and sounds accurate to the ear. The rangefinder functions and seems accurate. The viewfinder has minor dust but is bright and totally usable.  The focus mechanism is smooth. There are no dings or dents.

The only wear appears on the top of the camera, the matte finish has some shiny spots. There is a tiny spot of paint missing on the front of the camera it is smaller than 1mm.

Etching of Soldiers Field  in Chicago by Leon Rene Pescheret executed in 1934. This is an original with the impression of the plate clearly visible on the front an back of the etching. The etching is currently taped in it's original matting. I will ship it flat without a frame. There are no rips in the image. The piece shows some yellowing with age but the image is clear and bold.  This piece is a must have for those who cherish how the field looked in it's prime.

Antique French Ormolu Clock Louis XVI Le Clerc Paris

Antique French Ormolu (gold plated) Mantel Clock marked Le Clerc Paris. Believed to be the work of Jean Jacques Henri Le Clerc who worked in Paris from 1817-1824. This clock is not running, the movement is complete and the main spring is intact. The clock has it's pendulum. It has not been cleaned. The movement is a double barrel. There is no visible damage to the figures or decorations. The ormolu finish exhibits wear on the sides and back this is visible in my pictures. One of the pins that hold the foot rest in place is missing.  This clock measures almost 17" high x 11" long and 4" deep.

Toyo View G 8x10 View Camera Complete working perfectly as it should. All of the movements move and lock in position perfect. The bellows do have some minor wear but have been checked and are light tight. The bellows are supple. There is a fresnel lens mounted in front of the ground glass. There are small chips on the edge of the ground glass they do not extend into the image area and are visible in my pictures. There is minor paint loss due to use.

Shutter - Works as it should and sounds accurate to the ear at all speeds. The mirror is clean and does not show any age. The viewfinder is clear with very minor dust.Meter - Tested and appears to be working correctly.

Controls and adjustments - All work as they should, nothing is loose or questionable.

Camera body - Very clean in appearance with no dents. It exhibits normal wear with some brassing caused by the neck strap (this is visible in the pictures). The light seals are 40 years old and intact but may need attention if you are going to shoot with this camera. The rubber eyepiece is not cracked or brittle.

RARE Bolex Paillard H16 H DECLIC Mechanical Grip

I am offering for sale a Bolex Paillard H16 H DECLIC Mechanical Grip in excellent condition. The H Declic mechanical grip allows you to hold and fire the camera with one hand while adjusting the lens with the other. This grip includes the quick release camera mounting disk. The grip is used but is in perfect working condition. There is wear on the leather strap that is visible in my pictures. It is still strong.
